Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund. A restocking fee maybe deducted to cover any outgoing shipping cost. We will waive the restocking fee where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

Under no circumstances do we cover any import duties, taxes or clearance fees that were paid on import.

If the buyer refuses to pay import duties, taxes or clearance fees resulting in the carrier returning the item to us. Then any refund will be after a deduction is made to cover the cost of shipping out to you and also back to us.
