Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Shipping cost deduction. Refunds will have our original outbound shipping cost deducted. Because our shipping rates are subsidised, this deduction reflects the actual cost of shipping, which may be higher than the discounted rate you were charged at checkout. This deduction is waived if the return is due to our error — for example, if you received the wrong item.

Import duties and taxes. We do not refund or cover import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees under any circumstances. If you refuse to pay these fees and the carrier returns the item to us, your refund will be reduced by the full cost of shipping the item to you and back to us.

How to return an item. Contact us with your order number, the product details, and the reason for your return. We'll respond promptly with return instructions.
