Dispatch locations: Queensland, Australia & California, USA

Taxes & tariffs: For deliveries to the USA or Australia, applicable taxes and tariffs are included in the price.

Customs & import duty (outside AU/USA): For all other destinations, customs taxes, import duties, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These may be charged by the carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 full business days (excludes weekends and public holidays).

Shipping rates & times: Exact shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once items are added to your cart.

Delivery timeframes: Transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs clearance and other unforeseen events.

Damaged or opened shipments: If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.
